The Bombay High Court has declined to give any kind of interim remain on the ongoing trial in the 2008 Malegaon blast instance while hearing an application filed by Lt Col Prasad Purohit, a charged in the case.Advocates MR Venkatesh and Viral, showing up for Purohit, looked for a stay on the trial.”I am looking for a remain on the trial,” Venkatesh said.But the bench of Justices PB Varale and
